• Request a new connection for a property
• Request the reconnection of power to your property
• Track the progress of your requests
• Register your bills for automatic debit or email receipt
• Submit your meter reading
• Check your consumption history
• Report a power outage at your property

How to access:

1. Simply use your CPF or CNPJ along with your password from our virtual agency - the same one you registered on the Neoenergia Elektro website.

First access:

• If you haven't accessed our virtual agency yet, you can register through the app. Just click on "New registration" and follow the instructions.
• If you need to request a new connection for a property without electricity supply, click on the "Request New Connection" button on the home screen.
